Application for a new premises licence
Fees start at £850 for simple applications that do not impact the licensing objectives. This service includes the following:
- Initial client discussion regarding your requirements.
- Attending the venue to conduct a crime prevention survey and advice re CCTV if required.
- Research of local policies and discussion with responsible authorities.
- Compiling an operating schedule that suits your business and respectful to the licensing objectives.
- Each application will require a floor plan specific for the Licensing Act 2003, if required I can prepare the required floor plan - additional fees will apply.
- Submission of the application, including preparation of the public notices*
- Dealing with any representations or general enquiries during the 28 day consultation period.
All new grants of licences are delivered with a bespoke package full of information for new licensees. The summary licence will be laminated and the package delivered as 'signed for' item.
*The application fee, and press publications will be charged to the client at cost.
